As a full-time graduate
student at UWA, you may apply for the traditional residence
halls listed on the New Student information
page. In addition, you are eligible to apply for
housing at Patterson Apartments.

Patterson Apartments consists of unfurnished one and two bedroom
apartments. The
Patterson area is reserved for graduate students, married
students, students with children and students who are 24
years of age or older. Each apartment has a refrigerator and oven.
All other furnishings are provided by the student, though
some old furniture may be borrowed by residents without any furnishings.
Since there are only 32 apartments, students are encouraged to apply
early for Patterson Apartments.

active student leader on your campus, you may qualify for a graduate
