you are a non-traditional student, you may be eligible to apply for housing at Patterson
Apartments. The Patterson area consists of unfurnished one and two bedroom
apartments (though refrigerators and ovens are provided).

Patterson Apartments area is reserved for graduate students, married
students, students with children and students who are 24 years of
age or older. Since there are only 32 apartments, students are encouraged
to apply early for Patterson Apartments.
