You are encouraged to apply for an apartment at Patterson as soon as you have applied for admission to the School of Graduate Studies.   For fall semester, we recommend applying for an apartment by February 15th.  For spring semester, you should apply by October 1st.  Although we do not guarantee an apartment, the Housing Office has usually been able to assign an apartment to qualified students who applied by the above dates.

To apply for housing at Patterson Apartments, read the Housing Contract, print out a copy of the application, fill out the application and return it to the Housing Office with a check or money order for $125.  Since the Housing application must be signed and returned with the $125, you are not able to apply for housing "on-line" at this time.
